管理学学士

概述

The 管理学学士 program has built-in flexibility for students to prepare for a variety of professional career paths. 学生 receive opportunities to prepare for professional development as 人力资源 Professionals, 商业咨询师, and for Administrative positions in diverse occupations such as Medical and Law Practices, 行业, Government and Non-Governmental Agencies. With Bachelor’s degrees in management, students may pursue an MBA or they may obtain professional management certifications.

课程

The 管理学学士 is a 120 semester-hour program that builds upon a business core curriculum that includes Principles of 管理 (MGMT 300), 人力资源(MGMT 301), and Entrepreneurship (ENTP 300).

职业生涯

Depending on the career path chosen, graduates of the management program gain knowledge needed to prepare for various administrative positions. Some choose to pursue the 人力资源 profession that includes recruitment, 培训和发展, 绩效评估, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and compensation/benefits. Those that choose the Entrepreneurship path use the knowledge gained from the program to manage family businesses or to launch own businesses.
